General conditions for registration fees

• The prices are only valid for payments made by the specified dates.
• The reservation is confirmed after payment is received.
• No refund will be made for non-participation in the congress.

General terms and conditions of accommodation booking

• Minimum number of nights: 3
• The listed accommodation prices are valid only for participants with valid registration fees.
• Change of guest names – until 04.09.20256 – no cost
• Change of guest name – after 04.09.2026. – €30.00 per reservation
• Accommodation cancelled by 14.08.2026 – cancellation costs 50% of the total accommodation price
• Accommodation cancelled from 14.08.2026 or no show – cancellation costs 100% of the total accommodation price
• Late arrival, no show or early departure – no refund of the amount paid for the accommodation
• Each change per invoice is €15.00.
• Changes and cancellations of reservations must be sent to info@uroonkoforum.com within the specified deadlines.
• In the event that the official inflation rate in the Republic of Croatia in 2026 is above 3% compared to the inflation rate in 2025, the agency reserves the right to increase the prices of hotel accommodation.

General conditions for sponsorship applications

• Applications, additions or changes to sponsorship are made exclusively to the email of the technical organizer: info@huk-uof.com.
• Deadline for sponsorship applications: 31.08.2026.
• Deadline for submission of promotional materials: 07.09.2026.
• All other information and detailed instructions are available upon request from the organizer.
• The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any damage caused to exhibiting companies, their employees or property for any reason before, during or immediately after the congress.
• Visuals must be submitted in the correct formats to the technical organizer.

Sponsorship cancellation conditions

• In the event that the sponsor/exhibitor cancels their participation in the Congress, they must notify the technical organizer in writing (send a notification to the technical organizer of the Congress via email).
• All cancellations of participation that are not sent in writing within the deadlines specified below will not be taken into account by the technical organizer.
• Cancellation conditions:
  • until 31.08.2026. – the organizer keeps 50% of the total amount
  • After 31.08.2026. – no refund will be made.

Other provisions

• In the event of adverse epidemiological circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to change to a virtual congress.
