The position of the rented space depends on the type of sponsorship (Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors have priority). Other leased space positions are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.

Sponsorship application

STEP 1.

After contacting the technical organizer, send the selected sponsorship opportunities to the e-mail info@uroonkoforum.com

STEP 2.

The technical organizer informs the Croatian Hockey Federation about the Sponsor/Selected sponsorship option/price by email.

STEP 3.

You will receive an email from HLZ with a payment offer.

STEP 4.

Payment must be made according to the offer to the account of HLZ within the specified period.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation.
Payments made after the deadline specified in the offer do not guarantee service and do not obligate the organizer.

Payment

According to the regulations of the Croatian Medical Association, payment is made in the following way:

Payments for registration fees and hotel accommodation are made to the account of the TECHNICAL ORGANIZER OF THE CONGRESS.
Payments for all sponsorship opportunities are made to the account of HLZ – CROATIAN UROLOGY SOCIETY.
The prices shown do not include VAT.

Notes

Applications, additions or changes to sponsorship are made exclusively to the email of the technical organizer: info@uroonkoforum.com.
Deadline for sponsorship applications: 31.08.2026.
Deadline for submission of promotional materials: 07.09.2026.
All other information and detailed instructions are available upon request from the technical organizer.
The technical organizer is not responsible for damage caused to exhibiting companies, their employees or property for any reason before, during or immediately after the congress.
The sponsor is obliged to send materials in the requested forms and formats exclusively within the specified deadlines. Materials not submitted by the deadline will not be published.
The technical organizer is not obliged to provide sponsors with photographs and/or recordings of the contracted sponsorship options.

Cancellation

In the event that the sponsor/exhibitor cancels their participation in the Congress, they must notify the technical organizer in writing (send a notification to the technical organizer of the Congress via email).
All cancellations of participation that are not sent in writing within the deadlines specified below will not be taken into account by the technical organizer.

Cancellation conditions:

Until 31.08.2026. – the organizer retains 50% of the total amount
After 31.08.2026. – no refund will be made
